What is the standard to regulate biomethane quality, how to differentiate it from biogas, the definition mentions “produced by biogas upgrading” but it should elaborate more or prescribe a standard to specify the acceptable gas properties and limit the undesirable components such as H2S, N2, CO2 etc.
Similar approach to the AS4564 for the general purpose natural gas.

Clarify / confirm, on amendment scope is it limited to blended gas (NG + bio methane) ONLY or is there an intension to expand the scope to 100% bio methane in near future, assuming that there will be sufficient production to supply a small network.
