Overview

The Emissions Reduction Assurance Committee (the Committee) is seeking feedback on the ACCU Scheme Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative– Coal Mine Waste Gas) Methodology Determination 2015 (the CMWG method) compliance with the Offset Integrity Standards as set out in the Carbon Credits (Carbon Farming Initiative) Act 2011 (the Act) and associated matters including outstanding issues identified in previous reviews but not yet actioned.

This will inform the Committee’s advice to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy on whether the method should be remade.
