WELS consultation on legislative change (WELS Determination 2013)
We are consulting on proposed changes to the Water Efficiency Labelling and Standards (WELS) Determination 2013.
The changes proposed will clarify the regulatory scope of the scheme and include references to new standards and codes. The changes aim to make it easier to comply with requirements and to reduce regulatory burden.
