Community consultation for the Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Draft Master Plan has now closed. Thank you for your participation in this initial consultation process.
The aim of this public exhibition was to receive initial feedback and comments that would inform revisions to the draft master plan. A revised draft master plan will be re-exhibited for further public comment in the coming months.
The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust has reviewed all feedback received during initial exhibition and created a Consultation Outcomes Report. This provides an overview of the key issues/themes, our response to them and how they will be addressed in the revised draft master plan.

The Sydney Harbour Federation Trust has created a Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh Draft Master Plan.
We invite your feedback on the plan to help shape a vision for Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh (in Mosman, NSW) that benefits Australia’s diverse communities and all visitors.
The draft master plan outlines the vision of place for Middle Head / Gubbuh Gubbuh as a place of:
natural sanctuary, sustainability and environmental care
enriched public access
enshrined memory, immersive learning and interpretation excellence
built form and public domain excellence
life and vibrancy – a people place on one of Sydney’s finest headlands.

Community feedback will help the draft master plan become a finalised document.
Members of the Trust will review community and stakeholder feedback. Consultation outcomes will be published on the Harbour Trust website.
We aim to publish the final master plan in late 2023.
