A certification scheme sends a clear message to potential investors - the earlier they see the parameters of the scheme, the quicker they can make their decisions regarding investing in the Australian industry. Also, a certification scheme based on international best practices sends a signal to the world/potential customers that Australia is serious about developing a Hydrogen industry and they can be confident of the Australian product.
