We use technology by Converlens Pty Ltd to provide this consultation service and website. Our contractual arrangements require Converlens to comply with the Privacy Act and store data securely in Australia.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) programs to assist in the analysis of submissions, which may include processing your personal information. Our use of these tools will be governed by Australian Government responsible AI guidance. All outputs will be subject to review by our staff.
What personal information will be collected
Personal information means information or an opinion about an individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether or not it is true or recorded in material form.
By submitting a response to this consultation, you consent to the department collecting your personal information provided in your response. This may include:
your name, address and email address
your opinions about the Draft Woolwich Dock & Parklands Management Plan 2026, and how the proposed plan may impact you.

Identify relevant stakeholders and their industry
Contact you about your submission, including for further information or feedback
Inform you about the outcomes of this consultation process and/or other matters that we consider may be relevant to you.
The personal information provided in your submission may be disclosed with Hunters Hill Council, if your submission makes mention of Council-managed land and/or the draft Clarke’s Point Reserve and Morts Reserve Plan of Management, for the purpose of:
To support the coordinated management of adjoining parklands and to enable the relevant authority (i.e. Hunters Hill Council) to respond to feedback received.
and for related purposes.
We may also disclose your personal information where authorised or required by law.
