It recognises individuals or groups who are making a difference through leadership, administration, or on-the-ground work across areas like:
education
training
research
policy
promotion.
The recipient will be announced at an Australian Heritage Council meeting.
Selection criteria
We welcome nominations for:
an individual or group that has made a sustained and outstanding contribution to conserving and protecting Australia’s national heritage over a significant period, at the national level
an individual or group currently making a significant impact, with clear evidence of leadership, influence, or achievement in heritage conservation or protection
an individual or group whose work demonstrates innovative, exemplary, or emerging approaches in heritage conservation practice, policy, administration, research, education, or promotion.
