About this consultation

The Threatened Species Scientific Committee seeks your feedback on a draft listing assessment and conservation advice regarding the eligibility of the little galaxias (Galaxiella toourtkoourt) for:

  • inclusion on the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) list of threatened species, and

  • protection and recovery action for this species.

The Committee assesses nominations of species to determine their eligibility for inclusion on the threatened species list, and for protection and recovery efforts, under the EPBC Act.

Your feedback will assist with the Committee's assessment and the recommendations that it makes to the Australian Government Minister for the Environment and Water.

We welcome responses from all interested individuals or groups.
