We need to transition to renewable energy sources..without this, we face a biodiversity crisis. We need to commence baselinr environmental studies now to support holistic impact assessments acrose multiple projects or stages.
Please outline any benefits, issues or concerns related to onshore transmission, or the community such as traditional land ownership, the local economy or tourism sector for offshore renewable energy projects in this proposed area.
The projects should be accompanied by activities to mitigate the habitat fragmentation arising from the power grid. Ecological restoration at hitgh priority sites with height appripriate and fire retardant natives. For example wetland and waterwau crossings, or where lines intersect tsc or eecs.
