By submitting a response to this consultation, you consent to the department collecting your personal information provided in your response. This may include:

  • your opinions about the draft guidelines and how the proposed guidelines may impact your business and /or you

The department will use any personal information provided in your submission to:

  • inform the development of a final guidance for applicants of research and demonstration licences

  • contact you about your submission, including for further information or clarification.

The personal information provided in your submission will be disclosed to departmental staff, external consultants, the Minister and his staff and staff from other agencies, for the purpose of:

  • informing the development of final guidance for applicants of research and demonstration licences,

  • and for related purposes.

We may also disclose your personal information where authorised or required by law.
