The proposed area is too ecologically sensitive to be industrialised and should be protected from wind farms. It is a dolphin birthing region, home to dozens of species of migratory and water birds, and a whale migration zone. There are reefs and diverse species of fish, coral reefs and other marine life. Also, the visual pollution will affect the amenity of the area. The cost of installing andaintaining offshore turbines is also astronomical and as a taxpayer I don't support the idea. Put them on land of need be.

They will spoil a virtually unspoilt vista off the coast of Binningup. Hundreds of people visit the area to enjoy the magnificent coastal area.

The amount of industrial scale activity on shore this will generate will spoil the region for residents and visitors alike. We are a tourism hotspot.

People will not want to fish recreationally under massive wind turbines. It will spoil the experience for the fishing community.

The huge concrete foundations will likely destroy the sensitive reef areas in the Geographe Bay.
