Thank you for the work that has gone into this draft plan.
In terms of Hierarchy of importance I place the environment and first nations culture first and the military second. I would like to see more first nation's people involved and physically present during its implementation and after it has been completed. So that there can be a real interaction of first nations culture (particular to the local area) between non-first nations people and first nations people.
