Consultation has closed - thank you to everyone who provided submissions.
This feedback will help shape a truly national Strategy to ensure Australians can access the best transport technologies and help meet our emission reduction targets. The Strategy will aim to provide social, economic, business, health and environmental benefits. This will make sure we capture opportunities and have an orderly transition to transport electrification.

Information sessions
The department hosted online sessions to discuss the National Electric Vehicle Strategy (NEVS) consultation paper.
Consultation included three online public information sessions. The online submission platform received over 500 submissions, representing the views of over 2150 Australian individuals and organisations.
