About the consultation
You are invited to provide your views and supporting reasons about:
• the eligibility of Squatina albipunctata (eastern angelshark) for inclusion on the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act) list of threatened species
• the necessary conservation actions for this species.
Responses are welcome from any interested person.
The Threatened Species Scientific Committee assesses species to determine their eligibility for inclusion in the list of threatened species under the EPBC Act and provides recommendations to the Minister for the Environment of Australia.
