By submitting a response to this consultation, you consent to the department collecting your personal information provided in your response. This may include:

your opinions about the Guarantee of Origin scheme cost recovery approach and how the proposed program may impact you or your organisation.

The department will use any personal information provided in your submission to:
Assess the potential impact of the cost recovery approach on industry.
Identify relevant stakeholders and their industry.
Contact you about your submission, including for further information.
Inform you about the outcomes of this consultation process and/or other matters that we consider may be relevant to you.
The personal information provided in your submission will be disclosed to staff at the Clean Energy Regulator, department staff and the Minister and their staff, for the purpose of:
Reporting on feedback received on the proposed cost recovery approach for GO.
Assessing the impact of proposed cost recovery approach on industry.
Informing the development of the GO CRIS and related purposes.
We may also disclose your personal information where authorised or required by law.
