Thank you for your interest in the consultation process for the Consultation Regulation Impact Statement (CRIS) on Minimum Energy Performance Standards for heat pump water heaters (HPWH).
This consultation was run by the Australian and New Zealand Governments under the E3 Program. The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) represented New Zealand. The consultation period for the CRIS has now closed.
We received 30 submissions. Of these, 24 came from Australia and 6 came from New Zealand. We thank all participants for their responses and the data they provided. This feedback helped us better understand the possible impacts of the proposed changes. We appreciate the time and effort taken to take part in this process.
