Consultation Submissions
The draft framework for delivering the 450 GL outlines the approach to recovering water for the environment as part of Implementing the Basin Plan. We ran a public consultation from 30 January to 4 March 2024 on key elements of the draft framework.
We received 103 survey responses/submissions to the online consultation. According to the privacy preferences of the authors, 81 responses have been made publicly available.
The feedback is informing the development of the updated framework and supporting programs. We have produced a What We Heard report outlining the feedback received.
Responses were made in relation to the following:
Interest in leasing opportunities
Considerations for land and water partnerships
Understanding impacts of water recovery on communities
Features of a community adjustment assistance program
The overall draft framework.
