your opinions about the potential reforms to the Default Market Offer and how the potential reforms may impact you or your business.

The department will use any personal information provided in your submission to:
inform our consideration about potential reforms to the Default Market Offer
consider how to improve the policy articulation of the Default Market Offer as a safeguard for customers unable, or unwilling, to participate in the market
the impact of potential reforms to the Default Market Offer on the retail electricity market.
contact you about your submission, including for further information, feedback or to conduct a survey either by us or our representative.
The personal information provided in your submission will be disclosed todepartment staff, external consultants, and the Minister and his staff, staff from other agencies, for the purpose of:
preparing legislative amendments to implement reforms to the Default Market Offer
informing policy development in reforming the Default Market Offer.
and for related purposes.
We may also disclose your personal information where authorised or required by law.
