Published Submissions

The Capacity Investment Scheme (CIS) – 2025 Western Australia (WA) Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM) Design Paper Consultation sought feedback on potential design parameters for a proposed WEM generation and dispatchable combined tender in 2025.

Submissions were provided from a range of stakeholders including potential proponents, industry bodies, consultants and community groups. We have published those which had agreed to be made public.

The consultation closed on 31 March 2025. The feedback provided is used to inform the design and administration of the proposed first CIS generation tender in the WEM.
