The Capacity Investment Scheme (CIS) – Western Australia Design Paper consultation sought feedback on the proposed design of the CIS specific to the Western Australia Wholesale Electricity Market (WEM). Submissions were provided from a range of stakeholders including industry, community groups, local content providers and First Nations organisations.  The consultation closed on 6 May 2024. The feedback provided has played a crucial role in shaping the design and implementation of the CIS for Tender 2 – Dispatchable Capacity in the WEM.
