THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC BENEFIT AT ALL FROM ANY LONGER-TERM - FURTHER CONTROL BY AEMO AS THEY CAN’T BE TRUSTED!
2. For what period should this longer-term authorisation be provided and why?
THERE MUST BE NO LONGER/ TERM AUTHORISATION AT ALL BECAUSE AEMO LIE & ARE BRAZENLY DECEPTIVE.
3. If the authorisation were to have an end-date, should there be an option to extend this authorisation?
NOT AT ALL.
NO AUTHORISATION TO AMEND THE NEL - POTENTIALLY CHANGING RULES & REGULATIONS SHOULD BE GIVEN TO AEMO AT ALL!
3.1 Should there be a review process to ensure any future extension to the authorisation is appropriate?
THERE MUST BE AN IMMEDIATE MORATORIUM & INDEPENDENT FEDERAL INQUIRY PRIOR TO ANY FURTHER ACTIONS OR FUTURE AUTHORISATION GIVEN TO AEMO AS THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
4. Referring Appendix A as an initial reference point, what conditions should be placed on the authorisation and should they align with the conditions set out in the ACCC’s November 2023 final determination?
NO AUTHORISATION AT ALL!!
5. Noting the main body of the authorisation would exist in the NEL, should the conditions to the authorisation and an appropriate end-date exist in the NEL, the National Electricity Regulations, or the National Electricity Rules?
NO CHANGES TO EITHER National Electricity Law OR National Electricity Rules that would give AEMO further Authorisation as AEMO need a thorough investigation.
6. Are there any other factors that should be considered?
AEMO’s AUTHORITARIAN, CONTROLLING, LONG TERM POWER GRAB IS NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF ENERGY CONSUMERS OR AUSTRALIA AT ALL!
AEMO’s plans are all back to front.
Instead of the public being provided with an essential reliable, affordable power service that Governments are responsible for providing, we're being wrongly forced AGAINST OUR WILL - WITH NO SOCIAL LICENCE to serve & subsidise an increasingly unreliable, RenewaBULL ELECTRICITY GRID DEBACLE - at the mercy of the weather - teetering on the edge of a system black or worse!
This has got to be the worst, most diabolical, catastrophic policy failure ever!
We are unjustly already experiencing ever increasing unreliability, insecurity, reduced efficiency, sky-rocketing prices, fragility & weakness with anti-Australian reliance on CONtrolling bad actors - including our most hostile enemy the CCP!
The likelihood of public detriments would greatly increase with AEMO’s long-term request as dominating, untrustworthy industry participants collude & coordinate for personal financial gain at the expense of the Australian public & Australia’s Productivity, Economic Prosperity, Energy Security & National Security would be put at escalating, serious risk.
It is now broadly known around Australia that AEMO cannot be trusted!
With lies & brazen deception clearly revealed - the last thing Australia needs is more control given through long-term authorisation for AEMO to coordinate System Works.
Instead AEMO should be sacked for sabotaging the country!
THE FOOLISH, ILLOGICAL & DELIBERATE PRIORITISATION OF PATHETIC, WEATHER DEPENDENT, INTERMITTENT, CCP RELIANT, SLAVE LABOUR PRODUCED SOLAR/WIND JUNK RESULTING IN A CHAOTIC LACK OF FAR SUPERIOR, PLENTIFUL RELIABLE, EFFICIENT, AFFORDABLE, SECURE, 24/7 AUSTRALIAN ENERGY GENERATION (Coal, Gas & a clean, safe Nuclear Power future) FOR THE ELECTRICITY GRID IS A SELF INFLICTED NATIONAL CRISIS WITH CATASTROPHIC PUBLIC HEALTH & SAFETY RISKS - DISGRACEFULLY FACILITATED BY AEMO!
Industry will be incentivised to gain the most Financially NOT what’s best for Productivity, for Energy Consumers or Australians in general.
eg. Boral will change their margins.
Their load-shedding contributes to lack of essential housing construction & probably increased production prices - which they would then pass on to consumers - so their prices are higher (inflation.)
DUE TO AEMO’S ONGOING MANAGEMENT FAILURES, NON-TRANSPARENCY, PERSISTENCE IN IGNORING EVERYDAY AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE/ENERGY CONSUMERS, DEFIANCE OF ENGINEERING FACTS, LACK OF LOGIC, INTEGRITY, ETHICS & ACCOUNTABILITY -
AN IMMEDIATE MORATORIUM & INDEPENDENT, TRANSPARENT INQUIRY & AUDIT OF ALL INVOLVED - INCLUDING THE REGULATOR, INDUSTRY PARTICIPANTS - NETWORKS, RETAILERS & ENERGY GENERATION & BATTERY/HYDRO STORAGE COMPANIES IS ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL PRIOR TO ANY CONSIDERATION AT ALL OF GIVING UNTRUSTWORTHY AEMO FURTHER AUTHORISATION CHANGES.
